Location

The luxury resort is located directly on the hotel's own beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive Sahl Hasheesh holiday area. The reef, with its fascinating underwater world, invites you to dive and snorkel. Two beautifully artificially created lagoons as well as a natural lagoon ensure recovery and relaxation. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 km away. The center of Hurghada with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 30 km away (taxi for a fee).

The resort, built from natural coral stones and situated on a slope, has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, comfortable lobby with reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks. Six different restaurants ("Golden Buddha" and "Star Fish" for a fee) cater to your culinary needs. Ten different bars serve cool refreshments. The shisha bar with water pipes completes the diverse offering.
In the well-maintained and lovingly landscaped outdoor area, three swimming pools (all heated in winter), a children's pool, and six open-air whirlpools invite you to relax and unwind. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the hotel's own beach and by the pools. Unlimited access to Neverland Aqua Park can be booked if required.

Double Room Sea View

The modernly furnished Double Rooms Sea View (DM,MBB) are approx. 36-58 m² and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, balcony or terrace. Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DEM). All double rooms have a sea view.
Also bookable as Double Room Type I (DMI/EIM) with the same amenities (additional contingent).

Double Room (HRGA29)

The double rooms have similar amenities to the Double Rooms Sea View but do not have a sea view (D). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).

Double Deluxe Sea View SKTV

The rooms (2B) have the same amenities as the Double Deluxe Sea View.
In addition, the following amenities are included:
- VIP check-in
- Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
- 1x set menu in the restaurant per stay
- Daily replenishment of the minibar with selected drinks
- Fruit basket upon arrival
The room is only available for stays in Winter 2025/26 and during the booking period 5.12.-15.12.2025.

Double Deluxe Sea View

The approx. 60-72 m² Double Deluxe Sea View rooms (DM2) offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View with balcony or terrace. The Double Rooms Deluxe are located in buildings 6, 7, and 8 on the ground floor and also have a sea view. Also bookable for single occupancy (DM1).

Family Room Sea View

The Family Rooms Sea View (F2M) are approx. 60 m² and feature two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View.

Double Superior Room Swim-up Sea View

The spacious Swim-Up Rooms (2MW) are approx. 58 m², modernly furnished, and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, terrace, and access to a shared pool. (bookable for ages 16 and up)

Breakfast from 7-10 am, late riser breakfast from 10-11 am, lunch from 12:30-3 pm, dinner from 6:30-9 pm, all served buffet style. Alternatively, dinner at the à la carte restaurant "Rocks Lounge" with reservation (included once per stay), as well as late dinner from 10 pm to midnight. Snacks during the day at "Alfredo" from 3:30-5 pm and ice cream from 2-5 pm. Coffee/tea and pastries at Cafe Columbus. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in Water Valley) can be booked for a fee at many hotels. The park includes over 100 different water attractions for young and old guests. The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years (from summer 2026: €75 for adults and €38 for children) includes daily free admission with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer from/to the hotel of stay.
