Location

The luxury resort is located directly on the hotel's private beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive resort area of Sahl Hasheesh. The reef, with its fascinating underwater world, invites you to dive and snorkel. Two beautifully landscaped artificial lagoons and a natural lagoon offer recreation and relaxation. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 km away. Hurghada city center, with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment options, is approx. 30 km away (taxi at a charge).

The resort, built from natural coral stones and situated on a slope, has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel boasts its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, comfortable reception hall with a reception desk, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks (for a fee). Six different restaurants ("Golden Booda" and "Star Fish" for a fee) cater to your culinary needs. Ten different bars serve cool refreshments. The Shisha bar with water pipes completes the diverse offerings (for a fee).
The well-maintained and lovingly landscaped outdoor area features three swimming pools, a children's pool, and six open-air whirlpools (all heated in winter), inviting guests to relax and unwind. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the hotel's beach and by the pools. Unlimited access to Neverland Aqua Park can be booked if needed.

Double Room Sea View

The approx. 36-58 m² modernly furnished Double Rooms with Sea View (DM, MBB) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (including water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually controlled air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace. Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DEM). All double rooms have a sea view.
Also bookable with the same amenities as Double Room Type I (DMI/EIM) (additional contingent).

Double Room (HRGA29)

The Double Rooms have similar amenities to the Double Rooms with Sea View but do not have a sea view (D). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).

Double Deluxe Sea View SKTV

The rooms (2B) have the same amenities as the Double Deluxe Sea View rooms.
Additionally, the following amenities are included:
- VIP check-in
- Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
- 1 set menu per stay in the restaurant
- Daily refill of the minibar with selected drinks
- Fruit basket upon arrival

Double Deluxe Sea View

The approx. 60 m² Double Deluxe Sea View rooms (DM2) offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms with Sea View with a balcony or terrace. The Double Deluxe rooms are located in buildings 6, 7, and 8 on the ground floor and also have a sea view. Also bookable for single occupancy (DM1).

Family Room Sea View

The Family Rooms with Sea View (F2M) are approx. 60 m² and feature two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the Double Rooms with Sea View.

Double Superior Swim Up Sea View

The spacious Swim Up rooms (2MW) are approx. 58 m², modernly furnished, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (including water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually controlled air conditioning, a terrace, and access to a shared pool. (Bookable for ages 16 and over)

Breakfast from 7-10 am, late risers' breakfast from 10-11 am, lunch from 12:30-3 pm, dinner from 6-9:30 pm, all served as a buffet. Alternatively, dinner is available in the à la carte restaurant "Rocks Lounge" with reservation (included once per stay), as well as late dinner from 9:30 pm to midnight (cold dishes). Snacks are available during the day at "Alfredo" from 3:30-5 pm, and ice cream from 12-5 pm. Coffee/tea and pastries are available at Cafe Columbus from 11 am to 10 pm. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. National alcoholic beverages are served from 10 am to midnight. Selected cocktails are included in the All-Inclusive offer at no extra charge. Water, juices, soft drinks, and coffee/tea are available around the clock at the lobby bar.

Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in Water Valley) can be booked for an additional fee at many hotels. The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years old (from Summer 2026: €75 for adults and €38 for children) includes daily free entry with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer to/from your hotel.
