Location

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay Hotel is located in Makadi Bay, south of Hurghada, directly on the coast of the Red Sea. Hurghada International Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay Hotel opened in September 2025 and features 176 rooms. The outdoor area includes three pools, one of which is a relaxing pool heated in winter, as well as a children's pool. Additionally, there is an aqua park on the hotel grounds with 14 slides for adults and 13 slides for children. The dining options include the Lotus Restaurant with buffet service and five à la carte restaurants: Ariel (à la carte breakfast), Topkapi (Turkish cuisine), Mongo Mongo (Mongolian cuisine), Ristorante Malena (Italian cuisine), and Yumi (sushi restaurant). There are also six bars available. Furthermore, the hotel complex offers a spa area, a fitness studio, and a kids' club.

Standard Double Room

The Double Rooms (D) are approx. 28 sqm and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and balcony or terrace. Rooms with pool view (PD) or sea view (DM) are also available at an additional charge.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 40 sqm and have the same amenities as the Standard Double Rooms.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) are approx. 56 sqm and equipped with two bedrooms with connecting door, two bathrooms, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and balcony or terrace.
Rooms with pool view (FP2) are available at an additional charge.

Family Suite

The Family Suites (2FS) are approx. 56 sqm and have the same amenities as the Standard Family Rooms, but with pool or sea view.

Romance Suite

The Romance Suite (RSG) is approx. 55 sqm and equipped with a Jacuzzi, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, bathrobes, seating area, and balcony or terrace.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite (P2) is approx. 90 sqm and equipped with two bedrooms with connecting door, a living room, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and balcony or terrace.

24-hour All-Inclusive concept:
Meals are served buffet-style in the all-day dining restaurant "Lotus".
- Breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM
- Lunch from 12:30 PM to 3 PM
- Dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Snack service from 11 AM to 11 PM in the Lobby & Club Lounge and from 11 AM to 5 PM at the "Xanadu Beach Bar".
Ice cream is available from 11 AM to 6 PM at "Fancy Land" and from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the "Lotus Restaurant".
Additionally, there is a midnight snack buffet served from 11 PM to 2 AM in the main restaurant "Lotus".
