Location

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay hotel is located in Makadi Bay, south of Hurghada, directly on the coast of the Red Sea. Hurghada International Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The Xanadu Club Makadi Bay hotel opened in September 2025 and features 176 rooms. The outdoor area includes three pools, one of which is a relaxing pool heated in winter, as well as a children's pool. Additionally, there is an aqua park on the hotel grounds with 14 slides for adults and 13 slides for children. Dining facilities include the Lotus Restaurant with buffet service and five à la carte restaurants: Ariel (à la carte breakfast), Topkapi (Turkish cuisine), Mongo Mongo (Mongolian cuisine), Ristorante Malena (Italian cuisine), and Yumi (sushi restaurant). There are also six bars. The hotel complex also offers a spa area, a gym, and a kids' club.

Double Room Standard

The double rooms (D) are approx. 28 sqm and are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace. Rooms with pool (PD) or sea view (DM) are also available at an additional charge.

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 40 sqm and have the same amenities as the Standard Double Rooms.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) are approx. 56 sqm and feature two bedrooms with an interconnecting door, two bathrooms, shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace.
Rooms with pool view (FP2) are also available at an additional charge.

Family Suite

The Family Suites (2FS) are approx. 56 sqm and have the same amenities as the Standard Family Rooms, but with pool or sea view.

Romance Suite

The Romance Suite (RSG) is approx. 55 sqm and is equipped with a Jacuzzi, shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, bathrobes, seating area, and a balcony or terrace.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Rooms (P2) are approx. 90 sqm and feature two bedrooms with an interconnecting door, a lounge, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi, shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, seating area, and a balcony or terrace.

24-hour All Inclusive concept:
Meals are served buffet-style in the "Lotus" all-day-dining restaurant.
- Breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM
- Lunch from 12:30 PM to 3 PM
- Dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Snack service from 11 AM to 11 PM in the Lobby & Club Lounge and from 11 AM to 5 PM at the "Xanadu Beach Bar".
Ice cream is available from 11 AM to 6 PM in "Fancy Land" and from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM in the "Lotus Restaurant".
Additionally, there is a midnight snack buffet in the main restaurant "Lotus" from 11 PM to 2 AM.
There are also five A'la Carte restaurants, each free of charge once per stay (advance reservation required).
