The exclusive Steigenberger Golf Resort is situated on a peninsula, surrounded by a stunning lagoon with the hotel's own lagoon beach and the spacious 18-hole golf course. The turquoise lagoon landscape invites you to relax and unwind. The well-known Zeytouna Beach on Zeytouna Island, which features a 400 m long jetty leading into the crystal-clear water, is located just approx. 2 km away. The centre of El Gouna, with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger, is approx. 1 km away. The Steigenberger Golf Resort was extensively renovated in the spring of 2023 and has been shining in new splendour ever since. The exclusive hotel consists of a main building and several side buildings. The spacious complex was built in Nubian style and features 268 modern rooms. The establishment offers its guests an elegant lobby with a reception and seating areas. In the vast and beautifully designed garden area, there are two main pools as well as a children's pool (one of the two main pools can be heated in winter, children's pool can be heated in winter) with a sun terrace and an inviting pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are available to guests free of charge at the pool and the lagoon beach. Three restaurants and six bars fulfil your culinary wishes. These include the buffet restaurant "Fairways Restaurant" with changing themed buffets and a variety of international specialities, "La Rotisserie" with international dishes, and the "Harumaki Restaurant" with Japanese cuisine (reservation required). The resort's further facilities include an 18-hole golf course popular among golfers, as well as spa, wellness, and fitness areas.

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) are approximately 54 m² and feature a bathroom with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, safe, and a balcony or terrace with garden views.

Premium Double Room Lagoon or Pool View

The rooms (PPD) are 54 m² in size and are modernly furnished. They feature a bathroom with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, safe, and a balcony or terrace with lagoon, pool, or golf course views.
Also bookable for single use (1PP).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (72 m²) and additionally include an integrated living area with a table, two chairs, and two sofa beds, with garden, lagoon, golf course, or pool views.

Meals

Breakfast

Breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am in buffet form in the main restaurant "Fairways". For breakfast, tea, coffee, orange juice, and juices from the juice station are included.

Half board

Breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm in buffet form in the main restaurant "Fairways".
For breakfast, tea, coffee, orange juice, and juices from the juice station are included. For dinner, drinks are not included.
Alternatively, dinner can also be taken in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required, for a fee).
Dine Around in El Gouna is included.
An amount is credited locally for the meals. Drinks are for a fee.

The All Inclusive meal plan includes a varied offer of food and drinks throughout the day. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks as well as selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available. Various restaurants and bars provide a corresponding selection.

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine Around programme allows guests with half board, full board, or All Inclusive to enjoy a special culinary experience in numerous different Dine Around offerings. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – without any additional costs for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the duration of the stay, guests can use the Dine Around offer multiple times: once for four nights or more, up to three times for five to seven nights, and up to four times for eight nights or more. Guests of 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from a 3 or 4-star hotel can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
A table reservation via the hotel (ideally by 12 noon on the same day) is recommended.

18-hole championship golf course with driving range located on the hotel premises. Green fee bookable locally, depending on the season.
