The resort is located directly on the fine sandy beach of the Riviera Maya. Cancun International Airport and the lively town of Playa del Carmen are approx. a 30-minute drive away.

The family-friendly hotel features 162 suites, 2 pools, a spa area, and a kids club. Five restaurants, including a buffet restaurant, seafood grill (à la carte), Japanese, Indian, and a wine kitchen, as well as two bars, provide culinary variety.

Accommodation

One Bedroom Oceanfront Suite

The spacious suites (approx. 67 sqm) are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds and a sofa bed. In addition, the suites offer two smart TVs, 24-hour room service, a minibar, whirlpool tub, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a modern bathroom with double sinks and a shower. A safe, as well as an ironing board and iron, are also provided. The furnished terrace or balcony completes the experience.

One Bedroom Oceanfront Swim Up Suite

The approx. 67 m² suites feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a sofa bed, and a seating area. They are also equipped with two smart TVs, 24-hour room service, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a minibar, an indoor whirlpool, and a marble bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The highlight of these rooms is the direct access from the balcony to the infinity pool.
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

All meals in buffet form and optionally in one of the themed restaurants, which are open for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (depending on the restaurant). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic national and international drinks are available at the respective open bars.

Children's program

Kids Club (ages 4-12) with various activities such as games or art projects using recycled materials. Additionally, there is a movie area and video game consoles. A highlight is the innovative "Little Chefs Program," where children learn how to prepare simple and delicious recipes and discover the world of nutrition. It combines organic ingredients with history and hands-on cooking exercises.

The Náay Spa is inspired by Mayan culture and offers various traditional treatments and alternative therapies (for a fee). It features a sauna and steam rooms, as well as a fitness center.
