The resort is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Playa del Carmen and about a 10-minute drive from the Tulum Ruins, directly on a stunningly long, white sandy beach, near a reef offshore. Cancun International Airport is about a 75-minute drive away. The Tulum pyramids can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

Facilities

This resort spoils its guests according to the Unlimited-Luxury® principle and leaves nothing to be desired. The 432 rooms of the resort, built in a typical Mexican style, are spread across several small haciendas located in the extensive, tropical garden complex. Culinary delights are provided by the buffet restaurant "World Café", the 6 à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican, Steakhouse, Japanese, French (adults only)), a snack bar, a grill restaurant, and 7 bars. Directly on the long dream beach are 2 of 5 swimming pools (2 exclusively for Preferred Club guests (one of which is adults only)), a swim-up bar, a children's area, and a sun terrace. Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
