The luxurious colonial-style complex is nestled in a magnificent natural landscape and leaves nothing to be desired. A total of 6 restaurants with sea views cater to your culinary needs, including 2 buffet restaurants: "Mirador" and "La Hacienda", 3 à la carte restaurants (Brazilian, French, Caribbean) and 1 grill restaurant "Coral Grill". 5 bars (Lobby bar 24h, Theater bar, Lounge bar, Swim-up bar, Pool bar), the theater where evening entertainment takes place, and the disco (national & international drinks included) complete the entertainment program. The beautiful, spacious Junior Suites (approx. 45 sqm) have two sofas, a bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, bathrobe and slippers, LCD TV, alarm clock, ceiling fan, coffee machine, minibar (water, soft drinks, beer and snacks included), safe, air conditioning, ironing board and iron, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with garden view. Junior Suite Oceanfront Premium Level

The beautiful, spacious Junior Suites (approx. 45 sqm) have a king-size bed or double beds, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, safe, minibar. Additionally, these suites offer the benefits of the Premium Level area.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and the sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
