Location

Located between the jungle and the Caribbean Sea, this luxury hotel impresses with its modern design and unlimited luxury. Playa del Carmen is about 25 minutes away, the beautiful Bahia Petempich lagoon 15 minutes, and Cancun Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.

Facilities

Opened in 2016, this adults-only hotel features 362 modern suites and offers its guests a highly comfortable stay. The hotel has a total of 3 pools (Freestyle Pool, Energy Pool, and Xhale Club Pool). The 9 restaurants, including a main buffet restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (e.g., Mexican, French, Italian, Asian, no reservation required, with communal tables in some restaurants), a beach grill restaurant, and a café, will delight every gourmet. You can unwind in the beautifully landscaped spa (sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy circuit, massages, etc.). The hotel also boasts 8 trendy bars, a nightclub, shopping facilities, and a hairdresser.

Allure Junior Suite Partial Ocean View

The luxurious, chicly furnished Junior Suites are approx. 50 m² in size and offer a king-size bed or two full-size beds, flat-screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe (incl.), bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water, juice, and beer), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, and a balcony or terrace, some with partial ocean view (APO/AV1). Also available at a surcharge with ocean view (AV2/AV1).

Xcelerate Junior Suite

These suites offer the same amenities as the Allure Junior Suites and are located in the Xcelerate party zone. Available with ocean view (X1O) or tropical view (X2T), and also as swim-out suites (Y2X).

Xhale Club Junior Suite Ocean View

In addition to the amenities of the Allure Junior Suites, these suites offer direct ocean views and the following luxurious amenities: Private check-in/out with concierge service, xhale club lounge, exclusive xhale club pool, pillow menu, alarm clock radio, upgraded minibar and room service menu, poolside and bar concierge service, daily newspaper upon request, exclusive restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and one-time access to the Spa Hydrotherapy circuit per stay, breakfast service at Picante, and a special beach area with hammocks (2XO).

Xhale Club Junior Suite Swim Up Tropical View

These suites offer the same amenities as the Xhale Club Junior Suite Ocean View, with direct pool access from your private terrace and garden views (X2H). Available upon request.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Hotels in Mexico are gradually introducing an "Eco-Tax".
Therefore, every hotel room guest in Mexico is required to pay a local tax to the state, in cash at the hotel.

A tourism tax was implemented on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos, or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to have the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars with you.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a higher amount of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
