The beautiful hotel is located directly on the beach of Playa Paraiso, a paradise for diving enthusiasts. Transfer time from the airport is approx. 25 minutes.

Facilities

The luxurious colonial-style hotel offers 388 rooms spread across 3-story buildings. In addition, the complex offers 7 specialty restaurants (Japanese, Italian, Gourmet, Smokehouse, Brazilian, Mexican, and Mediterranean, reservations required depending on hotel nights) and 2 buffet restaurants that leave nothing to be desired. Relax in the 7 bars and 3 pool bars or experience unique shopping in the shopping center with shops, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, and an ice cream parlor. The outdoor area features one of the largest swimming areas on the Riviera Maya, 1,000 meters long, with Balinese beds. Free loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available for our guests by the pool and on the beach.

Junior Suite

These are slightly more spacious than the double rooms and additionally feature a bathtub and a decorative archway between the living and sleeping areas (JS2). From 1.11.2023, bookable as Junior Suite Near Pool (JNP). Available at a surcharge with sea view (J2M).

Juniorsuite Ocean Front Beach Access

These suites have the same amenities as the standard suites, as well as a private terrace with direct access to the beach and sea view (Y2U).

Family Room

The family rooms are 80m² and have two bedrooms with a connecting door. They are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, ironing board/iron on request, ceiling fan, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, minibar, and a balcony or terrace (DF2)

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two Queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With a occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, international and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks until 1 AM. Snacks available throughout the day at specific times. A-la-carte restaurants available 3 times a week.

Features the Winnow system for reducing food waste, 3R devices for waste management in the hotels, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex where we work with our scientific team to restore coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts and hotels from storms and hurricanes.
Community tourism project in the Riviera Maya: The project takes place in the Caribbean community of Chemuyil in Quintana Roo. It is carried out by the Bejil-Ha Riviera Maya cooperative, originally founded by seven passionate locals dedicated to the conservation of over 50 cenotes in the region, as well as the protection of the native flora and fauna of the Yucatan Peninsula. This initiative benefits more than 30 local families and promotes awareness and protection of the area. It offers exclusive itineraries and invites guests to explore the community and its natural surroundings with experienced local guides. Excursions include bike tours, visits to cenotes, and a local gastronomic experience.

No smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

When staying between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
