Deluxe Double Room

The tastefully decorated double rooms (approx. 23 sqm) combine colonial charm with modern comfort. Amenities include a king-size bed or two double beds (subject to availability), air conditioning, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, minibar, safe, direct-dial telephone, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms face inwards (D/DE).

Connecting Room

With otherwise identical amenities, these consist of two interconnected rooms (approx. 90 sqm) with two bathrooms featuring showers. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds and a sofa bed. The connecting rooms also feature two balconies/terraces with views of the golf course or the pool and garden area (CI2).

Premium Double Room with Terrace

The Premium rooms (approx. 63 sqm), with the same high-quality amenities as the Deluxe rooms, feature two double beds, a sofa bed, and a private terrace perfect for relaxation (P2T/P1T).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax has been in effect, currently amounting to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos, or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may result in fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a higher presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of specific equipment, which may cause some noise.
