The location is quiet, exclusive, and surrounded by tropical nature. The resort is situated on the Riviera Maya, just a few minutes' drive from Playa del Carmen and approximately 40 minutes from the airport.

The adults-only resort offers 128 luxurious suites in various categories, specially designed for couples and those seeking relaxation. At the heart of the complex is an inviting lobby with comfortable seating areas. The extensive outdoor grounds include several freshwater pools, including a relaxation pool. Culinary offerings are provided by 4 restaurants with international à-la-carte concepts. There are also four bars available: the 24 Swim Up Bar, the Mio Swim Up Bar, Rick’s Bar, and the Beach Bar Papitos. Furthermore, the resort features a fitness center as well as an extensive spa area with wellness and beauty treatments. The junior suites feature a king-size bed. The suites feature a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, minibar, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi. In addition, all rooms have a balcony or terrace and are located just a few steps from the beach (F2W).

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased influx of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is required for this, which may cause a slight noise level.
