Location

The hotel is located approx. 3 km from the center of Playa del Carmen. The fine-grained, kilometer-long sandy beach is about 3.5 km away. A complimentary shuttle transfer to the beach is offered. Sun loungers are available on the beach free of charge, subject to availability.

The 5-star hotel is located in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and offers a total of 300 rooms spread across several buildings. The grounds feature two outdoor swimming pools and sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, a separate children's pool, and an additional swimming pool at the beach exclusive to guests of the Riu Lupita, as well as the "Cozumel" beach club. Further hotel amenities include 4 restaurants where you can choose between Mexican and Italian delicacies, a beach restaurant serving first-class meat, 2 bars, and 4 pools.
