The resort is located about 16 km from San Miguel, directly on the white sandy beach of Cozumel. Superior Double Room

The rooms (approx. 29 m²) are located in the 2-story, thatched-roof villas and feature a king-size or two queen-size beds, shower/bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (including soft drinks, water, and beer), coffee maker, iron, Wi-Fi, safety deposit box (rental), and a balcony or terrace with a hammock (DSU/DEU).

Superior Premium Room

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are also located closer to the pools and whirlpool (SPU/SPE).

Ultimate Dive Experience Superior Premium Room

Same amenities as the Superior Premium rooms, but guests also receive the following: private check-in/check-out, special wristband, exclusive pool area, free internet access, one tank per day for diving, free storage and care of diving equipment at the dive shop, and special hangers for wetsuits (U2D).

A tourism tax came into effect on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican pesos or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the duration of the stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to have the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars with you.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
