Location

The All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark is located in the vicinity of a sandy beach. The city center is approximately 15 km away. Cancun city is about 6 km away. The airport (CUN) is about 22 km away. For mobility during your vacation, there is a car rental service, a taxi stand, and a bus stop approximately 30 meters away.

Facilities

The family-friendly all-inclusive resort with a water park offers its guests a total of 115 accommodation units, a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini-market, other shops, and a theater. For culinary delights, there are 4 restaurants: the main restaurant, "El Palmar," the "Pancho Villa" with Mexican cuisine, the "Góndola" with Italian cuisine, and the Adults-Only restaurant "Ostras." Additionally, there is the "Oasis" snack bar and the three bars "Diego," "Cúpulas," and "Oasis," where you can relax at the end of the day with a delicious cocktail. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach.

The simply furnished double rooms offer a shower/WC, TV, centrally controlled air conditioning, a rental safe, hairdryer, and telephone (D).

These cozy rooms are equipped similarly to the double rooms but overlook the garden (2GD).

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a seating area and sea view (J2M/JOV).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With a maximum occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often observed. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
