Location

This resort, which is particularly suitable for beach holidaymakers and couples, is located in the vicinity of a fine sandy beach; the city of Cancun is approx. 18 km away (Playa del Carmen approx. 66 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after approx. 3 km. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached after around 1 km. The following sights can also be reached from the hotel: El Rey Pyramid (approx. 3 km), Xoximilco Park (approx. 18 km) and Xcaret (approx. 73 km). The international airport (CUN) is approx. 32 km away. A shuttle runs between the hotel and the airport (for a fee).

Facilities

The beach hotel consists of a main building and 11 annexes and has a total of 399 rooms. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception (check-in from 3 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m.), a lobby, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a shop, and a car park (free of charge). For your physical well-being, there are 2 restaurants (air-conditioned). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Deluxe Double Room Ocean View

These cozy rooms offer Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, small refrigerator, two single beds, and a balcony (DDM). Optionally also bookable as Oceanfront (X2M).

Superior Double Room

These are available to book additionally and are similarly equipped to the Deluxe rooms, but do not have a specific view (DSU).

King Suite Deluxe

The spacious King Suite Deluxe offers a king-size bed, a sofa, TV, telephone, radio, safe, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC and a hairdryer. There are also coffee-making facilities, a minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (approx. 40m², KS). Optionally also bookable facing the ocean (2OK) or with ocean view (MSK).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
