The adults-only hotel of the popular RIU chain is located on the beautiful sandy beach on the Costa Mujeres. Cancun International Airport is approx. 33 km away and the city center approx. 18 km.

The hotel, newly opened in 2022, is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over and has 594 rooms, 6 pools (two pools with swim-up bar, two relaxation pools), a water park "Splash Water World" with several slides, 6 restaurants and 5 bars, and a concierge service. The hotel also has a spa area with massages, beauty salon, hairdresser (for a fee), fitness room and steam bath (free), Pacha disco, boutique/kiosk, ATM and internet terminal. Sun loungers on the beach are free.

For stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
