Location

The adults-only hotel from the popular RIU chain is situated on the beautiful sandy beach of the Costa Mujeres. Cancun International Airport is approximately 33 km away, and the city center is about 18 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly opened in 2022, is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over and features 594 rooms, 6 pools (two pools with swim-up bars, two relaxation pools), a water park "Splash Water World" with several slides, 6 restaurants, and 5 bars, as well as a concierge service. Additionally, the hotel has a spa area with massages, a beauty salon, a hairdresser (for a fee), a fitness room and steam bath (free), Pacha disco, a boutique/kiosk, an ATM, and an internet terminal. Sun loungers on the beach are free of charge.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased amounts of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause slight noise.
