Newly opened in 2022, this hotel is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over and features 594 rooms, 6 pools (two pools with swim-up bar, two relax pools), a "Splash Water World" water park with several slides, 6 restaurants, 5 bars, and a concierge service. Furthermore, the hotel offers a spa area with massages, a beauty salon, a hairdresser (for a fee), a fitness room and steam bath (free of charge), the Pacha nightclub, a boutique/kiosk, an ATM, and an internet terminal. Sun loungers at the beach are free of charge.

Smoking ban

Seasonal information

Between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
