The 5-story, 4-star beachfront hotel has 196 rooms and suites, as well as a 24-hour reception with a lobby and comfortable seating. For your culinary well-being in the morning, there is the buffet restaurant "Balam". The hotel also has 3 à la carte restaurants: the "Deck Restaurant" with international dishes, the "Chianti Restaurant" with Italian specialties, and the "Umami Restaurant" with Japanese dishes. During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
