Location

The hotel is located directly on the white sandy beach. The city of Cancun is approx. 20 km away and the airport approx. 12 km away.

The hotel with 427 rooms spread over 8 floors offers its guests a lobby with reception, souvenir shop, buffet restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (Mexican, Italian, French, Pan-Asian and Mediterranean), Barefoot Grill restaurant, 8 bars (including lobby bar, sports bar beach bar and 2 bars for Preferred Club guests) and a Coco Cafe. The pool area has 3 swimming pools: main pool, activity pool and infinity pool (adults only). Sun umbrellas, loungers and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Garden View

The rooms have a king-size bed or two double beds, bathroom/WC with bath or shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, coffee maker, minibar (daily refill with water, soft drinks and beer), 24-hour room service, safe, Wi-Fi and have a garden view (G2W/G1W). Also bookable as a double room Deluxe without a specific view (DD2).

With the same amenities as Deluxe Garden View with lagoon view (2LD/ELD).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Note

From now on, hotels in Mexico will gradually be introducing an "Eco-Tax".
This means that every user of a hotel room in Mexico is obliged to pay a fee to the state on site at the hotel in cash, similar to a tourist tax.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars with you.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased occurrence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipalities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight noise level.
