Location

The hotel is located directly on the white sandy beach. Cancun city is approx. 20 km away and the airport approx. 12 km away.

The hotel with 427 rooms spread over 8 floors offers its guests a lobby with reception, souvenir shop, buffet restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (Mexican, Italian, French, Pan-Asian and Mediterranean), Barefoot Grill restaurant, 8 bars (including lobby bar, sports bar, beach bar, and 2 bars for Preferred Club guests) and a Coco Cafe. The pool area has 3 swimming pools: main pool, activity pool, and infinity pool (adults only). Umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

Between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found more frequently in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local municipalities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
