The 5-star luxury resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It has 414 deluxe rooms and pampers its guests with the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. For the guests' culinary well-being, there is a buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, International (adults only), Mexican, Steakhouse and Mediterranean), a café, an ice cream parlor, snacks and 6 bars (including the swim-up bar), as well as 24-hour room service. The centerpiece of the complex is the beautifully landscaped pool with sun terrace and swim-up bar, located directly on the lagoon with a fantastic view over the sea. The hotel also has a fitness center, Dreams Spa by Pevonia, a beauty salon and a souvenir shop.

The stylishly furnished rooms have a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a spacious bathroom with bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe (incl.), Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar (stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and water), ironing board and iron (DD2). From now on, hotels in Mexico will gradually introduce an "Eco-Tax".
Therefore, every user of a hotel room in Mexico is obliged to pay a tax to the state locally at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax has been in effect and currently amounts to a one-time fee of 224 Mexican pesos or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. In this case, it is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which causes a slight noise level.
