This 5-star luxury resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It features 414 deluxe rooms and treats its guests to the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. Dining options include a buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, international (adults only), Mexican, steakhouse, and Mediterranean), a café, an ice cream parlor, snacks, and 6 bars (including the swim-up bar), as well as 24-hour room service. Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often a higher presence of brown algae in the Caribbean, which can impact the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
