This 5-star luxury resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It features 414 deluxe rooms and spoils its guests with the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. For culinary delights, guests can choose from the buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, International (adults only), Mexican, Steakhouse, and Mediterranean), a café, an ice cream parlor, snacks, and 6 bars (including a swim-up bar), as well as 24-hour room service. The centerpiece of the resort is the beautifully landscaped pool with a sun terrace and swim-up bar, located directly on the lagoon with a fantastic view of the sea. From now on, hotels in Mexico will gradually introduce an "Eco-Tax".
This means that every hotel room user in Mexico is obliged to pay a fee to the state locally at the hotel in cash, similar to a tourist tax.

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax has been implemented and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican pesos or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is recommended to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often a noticeable increase in brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
