The resort is located directly on the white, fine sandy beach of Kantenah on the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen is approx. 32 km away, Akumal 4 km, Puerto Aventuras approx. 9 km, the airport approx. 90 km, Cancun approx. 95 km and Tulum 30 km away.

The family area of the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa has 169 rooms and is located within the complex. The entire complex features a spacious and elegant lobby (free Wi-Fi) with artistic decoration, a colonial-style plaza, 2 ponds with flamingos, a shopping center (photo shop, supermarket, jeweler, tobacco shop), and 2 large covered entertainment theaters.
