The complex is located directly on the white, fine sandy beach of Kantenah on the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen is approx. 32 km away, Akumal 4 km, Puerto Aventuras approx. 9 km, the airport approx. 90 km, Cancun approx. 95 km and Tulum 30 km.

Facilities

The family area of the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa has 169 rooms and is located within the complex. The entire complex features a spacious and elegant lobby (free Wi-Fi) with artistically sophisticated decoration, a colonial-style square, 2 ponds with flamingos, shopping center (photo shop, supermarket, jeweler, tobacco shop), 2 large animation theaters (covered). For culinary delights, there are 5 international restaurants with show-cooking service: "La Hacienda", "Tikal", "El Grande Azul", "La Laguna" and "La Dalia", as well as 9 à la carte restaurants: "El Dorado" (Steak House), "La Adelita" (Mexican), "Sumptuori" (Japanese), "Portofino" (Italian), "La Lola!" No smoking policy
