The resort is located directly on the white, fine sandy beach of Kantenah on the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen is approx. 32 km away, Akumal 4 km, Puerto Aventuras approx. 9 km, the airport approx. 90 km, Cancun approx. 95 km, and Tulum 30 km away.

Facilities

The family area of the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa has 169 rooms and is located within the complex. The entire complex features a spacious and elegant lobby (free Wi-Fi) with artistically sophisticated decoration, a colonial-style square, 2 ponds with flamingos, a shopping center (photo shop, supermarket, jeweler, tobacco shop), and 2 large covered entertainment theaters. For your culinary enjoyment, there are 5 international restaurants with show-cooking service: "La Hacienda," "Tikal," "El Grande Azul," "La Laguna," and "La Dalia," as well as 9 à la carte restaurants: "El Dorado" (Steak House), "La Adelita" (Mexican), "Sumptuori" (Japanese), "Portofino" (Italian), "La Lola!" The pool and swim-up bar are located within the 3220 sqm freshwater pool landscape, which integrates 4 whirlpools, 2 family pools, 1 relaxation pool, and 1 main pool for activities. Junior Suite Garden View Family

The Junior Suites have 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, as well as a sofa bed, bathroom, bathtub with hydromassage, hairdryer, a furnished balcony, telephone, ceiling fan, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, iPod station, minibar (daily refill with water, soft drinks, and beer), tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and safe (2FS).

Junior Suite Swim Up Family

With the same amenities, but with direct pool access (FJU). Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

All meals are served with show-cooking service, and in the evening, you can dine at one of the 9 à la carte restaurants. Snacks & beer available 24 hours, alcoholic and non-alcoholic national and international beverages, house wine with lunch & dinner, some cocktails included. Daily minibar refill (additional orders incur a fee). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels at the beach and pool. All bars and restaurants are included in the All-Inclusive program (at different times). All Grand Palladium Hotels can be used, except for the TRS, which is adults-only and not for children.

No smoking
