Location

This adults-only hotel is located in a spectacular setting, directly on one of the most beautiful golf courses on the Riviera Maya, approximately 90 minutes from Cancun Airport. The distance to Playa del Carmen is about 30 minutes, and it is a 25-minute drive to Tulum. The beautiful sandy beach is about 10 minutes away via the shuttle service through the sister hotels.

Facilities

The Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an was built and furnished in a modern style and is situated amidst a tropical landscape. This luxurious resort, exclusively for adults, features 420 rooms spread across several three-story buildings, a modern spa, a buffet restaurant, 2 à-la-carte restaurants, 5 bars, a pool bar, and a beach and snack bar (24h). International dishes are served at the Yal-ku restaurant (main restaurant), while gourmet cuisine is offered at the Alux restaurant and Japanese cuisine at the Maiko restaurant. The large modern outdoor area features four pools and a whirlpool, surrounded by lush vegetation, providing the ideal space to leave daily stress behind and relax wonderfully. Sun loungers and bath towels are included at the pool and beach.

Junior suite

Modern and comfortably furnished. Room amenities include direct-dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, iron/ironing board, safe, satellite flat-screen TV, minibar (water, soft drinks, and beer included), coffee/tea maker, ceiling fan, air conditioning, bathroom with hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, and bath towels, as well as 24-hour room and guest service. Rooms have a balcony or terrace (JS2/JS1).
From November 1, 2026, bookable as Junior suite King Bed (Js2/JS1) and Junior suite 2 Double Beds (JU2).

Slightly larger and additionally feature a small seating area (2JS/1JS). Bookable until October 31, 2026.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae (sargassum) is frequently recorded in the Caribbean. This can impact the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight noise level.
