This exclusive adults-only resort is situated by a small lake next to the Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and features 454 suites spread across three 3-story villas. Amenities available exclusively to guests include 4 exclusive à-la-carte restaurants, a beach club, and 6 exclusive bars, such as the "Full Moon" bar and "La Terraza" bar. The elegantly furnished rooms feature one king-size or two queen-size beds, a bathroom with a shower and hydro-massage bathtub in the room, bathrobe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, telephone, cable TV, safe, minibar (drinks and snacks, daily refill), coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, butler service (8 am – 11 pm), 24-hour room service, and a balcony or terrace (JGB). Also bookable facing the pool side (JV2).

With otherwise identical facilities, these include direct access to a private pool and do not have a whirlpool (G2O). Also bookable facing the pool side (PPJ).

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may cause a slight noise level.
