The resort is located directly on the white, fine sandy beach of Kantenah on the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen is approx. 32 km away, Akumal 4 km, Puerto Aventuras approx. 9 km, the airport approx. 90 km, Cancun approx. 95 km, and Tulum 30 km away.

The resort was completely renovated in 2023. Extensive and well-maintained gardens with lush tropical vegetation invite you to stroll along the ecological paths. The resort features a spacious and elegant lobby (free Wi-Fi) with artistically sophisticated decoration, a colonial-style plaza, 2 ponds with flamingos, a shopping center (photo shop, supermarket, jeweler, tobacco shop), and a large covered animation theater. For culinary delights, there are 2 international restaurants with show-cooking service, as well as 5 à la carte restaurants: steakhouse, Japanese, Mexican, Thai, and Mediterranean. Additionally, the resort offers 2 lobby bars with live music on various days, a theater bar with entertainment, a quiet bar, a pool bar, a 24-hour sports bar, a smoking lounge bar, and a beach bar. The pool and swim-up bars are located within the 3220 sqm freshwater pool landscape, which includes 1 adults-only relaxation pool. The landscape is surrounded by sun terraces and tropical vegetation.

Junior Suite Garden View

The comfortable double rooms feature 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, a furnished balcony, telephone, ceiling fan, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, iPod station, minibar (daily refilled with water, soft drinks, and beer), tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a safe (G1Y/G2Y).

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Garden View rooms but are subject to lower availability and special pricing (XD2).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For double occupancy with 1-2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room. This means occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All meals are served with show-cooking service, and in the evenings, you can dine at one of the 5 à la carte restaurants. Snacks and beer are available 24 hours a day, along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic national and international beverages. House wine is included with lunch and dinner, as are select cocktails. The minibar is refilled daily (additional orders are charged). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided at the beach and pool. All bars and restaurants are included in the All-Inclusive program (operating at different times). The Grand Palladium Colonial can also be used.

Separate children's pool, water park, playground, mini disco, and supervised Kids Club "El Ranchito" for children aged 4 to 12 from 9 AM to 11 PM. Baby Club for children aged 1-3 is available from 9 AM to 5 PM for a fee. The Junior Club Black and White for teenagers aged 13 to 18 is open from 11 AM to midnight.

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
