The resort has 946 rooms, divided into a family area and an adults-only area. The lobby offers 2 reception desks, 4 panoramic elevators, and 4 lobby bars. Facilities include 2 buffet restaurants, a Market Grill, 6 à la carte restaurants (Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean (Adults Only), Japanese, Tex-Mex, and Criollo), a gourmet restaurant (for The Level guests), a total of 15 bars, a café, an ice cream parlor, and a snack bar.
In the garden area, there are 4 freshwater swimming pools, a swim-up bar, two pool bars each, 3 beach bars, and a beach restaurant. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

Most rooms have pool view and feature 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, a bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, minibar (replenished with water, soft drinks, and beer based on consumption), and a balcony with chairs and a table (D/DE). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM/DEM).

The Level Sea View

With the same amenities as the double room, these rooms are located in The Level area and additionally feature a video game console, Wi-Fi, and The Level service amenities (LO2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, a sofa bed (approx. 1.22 x 2m) will be placed in the room.
