Location

The comfortable hotel is located directly on the kilometer-long sandy beach, on one of Varadero's most beautiful stretches of beach. The water sports harbor "Marina Chapelin" is approx. 3 km away, the center of Varadero approx. 15 km. The transfer time to Varadero airport is approx. 40 minutes.

The elegant complex is one of the best addresses in Varadero and has 802 junior suites spread across several two- and three-story bungalows. These are nestled idyllically into the tropical landscape, partly hidden in the lush vegetation of the extensive gardens. The open reception hall with reception, lobby, and adjoining shopping arcade already impresses with its spacious architecture in the Greek style, with harmoniously designed colonnades, babbling streams, and elegant seating areas creating a high-quality ambiance. The heart of the complex is a huge pool landscape, consisting of 6 swimming pools with a swim-up bar (3 exclusive for The Reserve guests and one exclusive for Royal Service), an activity pool, and a separate children's pool, framed by large sun terraces with hammocks and sun loungers. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. The 2 buffet restaurants (one exclusive for Royal Service), 6 exquisite à la carte restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Oriental, and a gourmet restaurant with international cuisine (one exclusive for The Reserve guests), 14 bars, and a disco offer a wide range of culinary delights. Guests of the Royal area also have access to an additional gourmet restaurant and 2 bars. Further amenities of the complex include a large Yhi Spa with sauna and whirlpool, a shopping arcade with various shops, a hairdresser, and a medical service (all for a fee).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are comfortably and stylishly furnished (approx. 40m²) and feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, safe (incl.), minibar (daily refilled with soft drinks, beer, water), satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, a living area, and a balcony (JS2/JS1). From winter 23/24, they are also available with sea view for an additional charge (J1M/J2M).

Junior Suite Royal Service

The very spacious, luxuriously appointed Junior Suites (approx. 83 m²) are located in a separate area of the resort and feature a bedroom with a walk-in closet, as well as a ceiling fan, an LCD TV, a radio with CD player, a Balinese shower, and a whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom. Further amenities of the Royal Club include a separate check-in/out, late check-out (subject to availability), priority reservations for à la carte restaurants, 24-hour room service, butler service, use of the exclusive Royal Service restaurant, private pool, concierge service at the pool and beach, free internet access, and unlimited green fees (JSZ). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (J2O). Available for ages 18 and over.

The Reserve Junior Suite

The spacious Junior Suites (approx. 51-60m²) are located in the annex building. They feature a combined living/sleeping area, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, safe, ironing board and iron, satellite TV, kettle, Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, balcony or terrace (Z2J/Z1J). Also available as a Reserve Junior Suite Garden Swim Up, these are located on the ground floor with direct pool access (U2G).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queensize beds (approx. 1.20 x 2m) or one kingsize bed (2 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
