This comfortable hotel is located directly on a kilometer-long sandy beach, on one of the most beautiful sections of the beach in Varadero. The “Marina Chapelin” water sports harbor is approx. 3 km away, and the center of Varadero is approx. 15 km away. The transfer time to Varadero airport is approx. 40 minutes.

This elegant resort is one of the top addresses in Varadero and features 802 junior suites distributed across several two- and three-story bungalows. Partially hidden within the lush vegetation of the spacious garden, these blend idyllically into the tropical landscape. The open-plan lobby with reception, lounge, and an adjacent shopping arcade provides a high-quality ambiance through its spacious Greek-style architecture, featuring harmonious colonnades, trickling water features, and elegant seating areas. The heart of the complex is a vast pool landscape consisting of 6 swimming pools with swim-up bars (3 exclusively for The Reserve guests and one exclusively for Royal Service), an activity pool, and a separate children's pool, framed by large sun terraces with hammocks and sun loungers. Sun loungers, beach towels, and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and beach. Versatile culinary delights are provided by 2 buffet restaurants (one exclusively for Royal Service), 6 exquisite à-la-carte restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Oriental, and a gourmet restaurant with international cuisine (one exclusively for The Reserve guests), 14 bars, and a disco. Guests in the Royal area have additional access to 1 gourmet restaurant and 2 bars. Other amenities include a large Yhi Spa with sauna and whirlpool, a shopping arcade with various shops, a hairdresser, and medical services (all for a fee).

Junior Suite

The junior suites are comfortably and stylishly furnished (approx. 40 m²) and feature bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, safe (included), minibar (daily replenishment with soft drinks, beer, water), satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, a living area, and a balcony (JS2/JS1). From Winter 23/24, also available with ocean view for an additional charge (J1M/J2M).

Junior Suite Royal Service

These very spacious, luxuriously equipped junior suites (approx. 83 m²) are located in a separate area of the resort and feature a bedroom with a walk-in closet, as well as a ceiling fan, LCD TV, radio with CD player, a Balinese shower, and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Additional Royal Club amenities include separate check-in/out, late check-out (subject to availability), priority reservation for à-la-carte restaurants, 24-hour room service, butler service, access to the exclusive Royal Service restaurant, private pool, concierge service at the pool and beach, free internet access, and unlimited green fees (JSZ). Ocean view can be booked for an additional charge (J2O). Only bookable for guests 18 years and older.

The Reserve Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites (approx. 51-60 m²) are located in the annex building. They feature a combined living/sleeping area, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, safe, ironing board and iron, satellite TV, kettle, Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a balcony or terrace (Z2J/Z1J). Also bookable as a Reserve Junior Suite Garden Swim Up, which are located on the ground floor with direct pool access (U2G).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.20 m x 2 m) or one king-size bed (2 m x 2 m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds are provided; this means occupancy is 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

The restaurants are operating as usual and open based on occupancy and the weekly schedule.
There are 2 open in the Standard area and 2 in The Reserve, plus Bellamar in the Royal Service. The available themes are rotated throughout the week so that all are available.
The hotel guarantees 3 dinners in the à-la-carte restaurants for a stay of one week.
