The hotel is located directly on Santa Maria Del Mar beach. Havana city center is approx. 27 km away and Havana airport approx. 40 km away.

The hotel has 149 rooms spread over two floors and consists of 4 buildings. It features a lobby with reception, a buffet restaurant, 3 bars, a cafe with internet access, and a disco. In the garden area, there is a swimming pool with a children's pool and a snack bar. Further facilities include a mini-market and a conference room.
Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle transfer to Havana 4 times a week (5 CUC per person return).
