The luxurious adults-only resort has 750 rooms and offers its guests a highly comfortable stay. Starting at the lobby, the freestyle event pool with a swim-up bar extends to the tropical pool area and down to the sea. In total, the hotel offers 4 pools (2 of which are for Xhale Club guests only). Relaxation can be found on the spacious sun deck lined with palm trees. The 10 restaurants, including a buffet restaurant, a beach grill, and 8 à-la-carte restaurants (e.g., Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, and international—no reservation required), will satisfy every gourmet's heart. The modern, chicly furnished junior suites are approximately 51 m² and offer a king-size bed or two double beds, flat-screen TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe (included), bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi (free), minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks, water, juice, and beer), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace with a whirlpool tub. The rooms can be booked with direct pool access, garden, tropical, or pool view.

Offering the same amenities as the Allure Junior Suites, these also include the following luxurious perks: personal check-in and check-out with concierge service, pillow menu, newspapers, club lounge, 2 private pools, free computer access in the club lounge, upgraded minibar, daily continental breakfast, hors d'oeuvres and delicious desserts & fine liqueurs in the lounge, pool concierge service, and an exclusive restaurant for breakfast and lunch (à la carte). Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is common during this time. The beach and the sea may be affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
