The hotel Secrets Tides Punta Cana, newly built in 2024, is located directly on the long, fine sandy beach of Uvero Alto. Bavaro is about 25 minutes away, Punta Cana Airport is approx. 45 minutes away, and La Romana Airport is about 75 minutes away.

The luxurious complex has 668 rooms and features an open reception area with a welcoming front desk. It also offers 9 restaurants, including a buffet restaurant, a grill, a cafe, and 6 à la carte restaurants (including Mediterranean, Asian, Brazilian cuisine), as well as 7 bars, 2 of which are for Preferred Club guests. The outdoor area includes 2 pools, one of which is an infinity pool, and another pool exclusively for Preferred Club guests. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

The Junior Suites offer a king-size bed or two double beds, flat-screen TV, telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe (incl.), bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar (refilled daily), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace (JS2/JS1). Available at an additional charge as Tropical View rooms (JST) or Pool View rooms (J2P).
