The resort of the well-known Palladium hotel chain offers 366 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several buildings. Further facilities include a reception hall with reception and lobby, 3 buffet restaurants with show cooking (El Behique, Las Torres and Poseidón), a beach restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (El Dorado Steakhouse, Portofino (Italian), Sumptouri (Japanese), Bhogali (Indian)), 9 bars (including the beach snack bar, sports bar, bar with live music, and an adults-only (18+) bar), shops, a mini-market, and a doctor. In the spacious and well-maintained outdoor area, there are 3 swimming pools, whirlpools, and a sun terrace. Sunshades, loungers, and towels are included by the pools and on the beach. Guests of the Grand Palladium Palace can use all facilities of the Grand Palladium Punta Cana (PUJ167).

Deluxe Garden View

These rooms (approx. 34m³) feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds and are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, electronic safe, a fully equipped bathroom with toilet and hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (daily refilled with water, soft drinks, and beer), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, TV, radio, and a balcony or terrace (G2Y/G1Y). Also bookable as Deluxe Beachside (BSY) or Deluxe Bargain Room (XD2).

Junior Suite Garden View

The Junior Suites (approx. 48m²), with otherwise identical amenities to the Deluxe Rooms, also include a sofa bed (JGB/JG4/J4G/JGK).

Loft Suite Garden View

Magnificent duplex suite decorated in soft colors. The lower level features a comfortable bedroom on the first floor, and a large living room with a sofa bed on the second level. A fully equipped bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. A television is available on both levels. Additionally, air conditioning, slippers, and a bathrobe (L2G).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For double occupancy with 1/2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

A wristband is required to use the All Inclusive services. Pets are not allowed. Appropriate attire is required in the à la carte restaurants. In cases of low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on restaurant opening hours (excluding the main restaurant). Guests can use all facilities of the "Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa" (PUJ167). In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be openly integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
