The resort, part of the well-known Palladium Hotel chain, features 366 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several buildings. Further facilities include a lobby with reception, 3 buffet restaurants with show cooking (El Behique, Las Torres, and Poseidón), a beach restaurant, 4 à-la-carte restaurants (El Dorado Steakhouse, Portofino (Italian), Sumptouri (Japanese), Bhogali (Indian)), 9 bars (including a beach snack bar, sports bar, bar with live music, and an adults-only (18+) bar), shopping options, a mini-market, and a doctor. These rooms (approx. 36m²) feature one king-size bed or two queen-size beds and are equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, electronic safe, a fully equipped bathroom with WC and hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (daily replenishment with water, soft drinks, and beer), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, TV, radio, and a balcony or terrace (G2Y/G1Y). The Junior Suites (approx. 44m²) feature the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, with the addition of a sofa bed (JGB).

Loft Suite

Magnificent two-story suite decorated in soft tones. The ground floor includes a comfortable bedroom on the first level and a large living room with a sofa bed on the second level. Includes a fully equipped bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. There is a television on both levels. Additionally, it features air conditioning, slippers, and bathrobes (L2G).

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequent. This may affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause a low level of background noise.
