The resort of the well-known Palladium hotel chain features 366 comfortably furnished rooms, spread across several buildings. Further facilities include a lobby with reception, 3 buffet restaurants with show cooking (El Behique, Las Torres, and Poseidón), a beach restaurant, 4 à-la-carte restaurants (El Dorado Steakhouse, Portofino (Italian), Sumptouri (Japanese), Bhogali (Indian)), 9 bars (including the beach snack bar, sports bar, bar with live music, and an adults-only (18+) bar), shopping opportunities, a mini-market, and a doctor. These rooms (approx. 36m²) feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds and are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, electronic safe, fully equipped bathroom with toilet and hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (daily replenishment with water, soft drinks, and beer), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, TV, radio, and balcony or terrace (G2Y/G1Y). Also bookable as Deluxe Beachside (BSY) or Deluxe economy room (XD2).

Junior Suite Garden View

The Junior Suites (approx. 44m²) feature the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, with the addition of a sofa bed (JGB/JG4/J4G/JGK).

Loft Suite Garden View

Splendid two-story suite decorated in soft tones. On the lower floor, there is a comfortable bedroom and on the first level a large living room with a sofa bed. A fully equipped bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. There is a television on both levels. Additionally, air conditioning, slippers, and bathrobe are provided (L2G).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; this means: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Wearing a wristband is necessary to enjoy the All Inclusive services. Animals are not allowed. Proper attire is required in the à-la-carte restaurants. In case of low hotel occupancy, there may be exceptional restrictions on restaurant opening times (excluding the main restaurant). Guests can use all facilities of the "Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa" (PUJ167) hotel. In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this time. This can impact the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
