The resort is located in the Playa Bávaro region and borders directly on the boulevard of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Arrival is conveniently via Punta Cana International Airport, which is only about 18 km away. La Romana Airport is about 50 km away. A bus stop is only 1 km away.

Opened in 2026, this adults-only hotel is situated in a tropical garden area of approximately 110,000 m² in Punta Cana, about 700 m from the beach. The 239 rooms are located in a five-story main building and are accessible by elevators. For relaxation, there is a large pool landscape with a lagoon pool, several "Cenote" pools, an adults-only pool with a bar, and the "Splash Island" water park with a wave pool and slides. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant and numerous à la carte restaurants offering Brazilian, Nikkei, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Thai cuisine. The "Boulevard" additionally offers 1 more à la carte restaurant, a snack bar, a sports bar, a coffee shop, the Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee), an English pub, and an ice cream parlor, as well as leisure facilities such as a theater, disco, casino, bowling alley, spa, and beauty salon. Guests of Lopesan Serenity Bay have exclusive adults-only areas with their own buffet and à la carte restaurant, as well as a lobby bar; the other facilities are shared with the Lopesan Splash Cove and Lopesan Caoba Lagoon hotels.

These elegant junior suites offer a tropical view of the resort's lush garden landscape across a comfortable 55 m². They are equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, adjustable air conditioning, safe, Smart TV, and telephone. For your comfort, there is a minibar and a coffee/tea maker. The bathroom features toiletries, a bathtub/shower, and a separate walk-in shower. The amenities are complemented by a seating area, an iron/ironing board, and a balcony/terrace, with the bathroom also being accessible (2JA).
Also available for single occupancy (1JA) or as Adults JS Tropical-Queen with two queen-size beds and accommodation for up to 4 people (ATQ).

With the same amenities, these junior suites offer a pool view of the main areas of the resort (JOZ).

Adults JS Swim Up-King

These exquisite swim-up suites are slightly larger at 57m² and offer direct pool access from the extended terrace. Further amenities include adjustable air conditioning, Smart TV, and telephone, minibar, and coffee/tea maker. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, a separate walk-in shower, and toiletries. These are complemented by a seating area, an iron/ironing board, and an accessible bathroom (2YQ).
Also available as Adults JS Swim Up-Queen with 2 queen-size beds and accommodation for up to 4 people (ASQ).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

The All-Inclusive package includes 9 restaurants and 16 bars/lounges. Meals are served buffet-style, along with a selection of 8 à la carte specialty restaurants. Drinks and snacks are available 24 hours a day at the sports bar. Furthermore, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the resort's bars, the "Chia Lounge" disco, the English pub, and the casino. The offering is complemented by specialty coffees (Bavaro Coffee Shops) and ice cream.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight background noise.
