The 4-story hotel consists of a main building and 11 side buildings (3 without elevators) and offers a total of 548 rooms. The entire hotel complex conveys a Caribbean flair that invites you to linger and relax. Furthermore, it offers its guests a reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out until 12 PM), a lobby with a bar, and various shops. For your culinary well-being, there are 6 restaurants (5 of which are à la carte and one serves as a snack bar during the day), a food truck, as well as a pizzeria and crêperie. In a total of 6 bars, you can round off the evening in good company. The garden area features 3 swimming pools and 3 whirlpools. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Lean back and enjoy the best time of your year.

Comfort Double Room

These rooms have two beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe (for a fee), and a balcony with pool or garden view (2CD/1CD/2KK). Optionally also with sea view (DM/DEM).

Family Duplex Room

The family rooms are spread over 2 floors. The lower level has a sofa bed, shower, and living area, while the upper level has a king-size bed or two queen-size beds. The rooms also have Wi-Fi (DUF/DK3/DK7/DK8).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but larger and with a double bed, sea view, and located directly on the hotel's exclusive private beach section. It also features a minibar, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Additionally, one hour of hydrotherapy is included. You also have access to the Premium Beach Club, which includes exclusive service at the VIP bar, premium drinks, snacks, coffee, petit fours, beach service, preferred restaurant reservations, and Wi-Fi (JS2/KJ1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.30m x 1.90m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal Information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
