The complex offers 1 buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, and Seaside Grill (breakfast and lunch exclusively for Preferred Club guests)), 12 bars (1 exclusively for Preferred Club), a snack grill, a cafe, and a sports bar. In the garden landscape, there are 6 swimming pools (1 exclusively for Preferred Club). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms (approx. 53 m²) are modernly equipped with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, bathroom with shower/toilet, whirlpool, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee machine, LED TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar (daily refilled with water, soft drinks, juices, and beer), safe, iron/ironing board, and a furnished balcony or terrace, located in the main building of the complex. With the same amenities, the double rooms with a terrace are located near the swimming pool.

Preferred Club Deluxe Pool View

In addition to the same amenities, these rooms feature a private check-in/out area with concierge service, Preferred Club Lounge, pillow menu, exclusive beach area, and a whirlpool. Also bookable with a sea view.

Preferred Club Deluxe Swim Up

In addition to the same amenities as the Preferred Club Pool View, these rooms offer direct access to the pool. Only bookable for guests aged 18 and over.

Preferred Club Premium Suite Garden View

In addition to the amenities mentioned above, the Preferred Club Premium Suite offers a view of the lush tropical gardens from its private, furnished balcony. The suite is more spacious (approx. 70m²), features a king-size bed, a spacious living area with a sofa bed, and a generous bathroom with double sinks, a rain shower, and a separate guest bathroom. These newly renovated rooms boast upscale, modern furnishings and Preferred Club amenities and are located in the newly designed Preferred Club area, separate from the main building.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room. This means 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be present due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of special equipment, which may produce some noise.
