The hotel is situated on a long beach, directly by the crystal-clear turquoise sea and surrounded by lush vegetation. Punta Cana International Airport is approximately 20 km away, and Santo Domingo Airport is approximately 190 km away.

A 5-star resort with a total of 373 exquisitely appointed rooms. The complex offers 1 buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, and Seaside Grill (breakfast and lunch exclusively for Preferred Club guests)), 12 bars (1x exclusively for Preferred Club), snack grill, cafe, and a sports bar. In the garden area, there are 6 swimming pools (1x exclusively for Preferred Club). Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The deluxe rooms (approx. 53 m²) are modernly equipped with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, bathroom with shower/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee machine, LED TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar (daily replenishment with water, soft drinks, juices, and beer), safe, iron/ironing board, and a furnished balcony or terrace. They are located in the main building of the complex (DD2). Also bookable with Tropical View (DTZ/1TD) or pool view (PDD/PDE) for an extra charge.

Deluxe Double Room Pool Terrace

With the same amenities and a terrace, these double rooms are located near the swimming pool (2TO).

Preferred Club Deluxe Pool View

Same amenities as the double room with additional benefits: private check-in/out area with concierge service, Preferred Club lounge, pillow menu, exclusive beach area, and a whirlpool (PP2). Also bookable on the sea side for an extra charge (POZ).

Preferred Club Deluxe Swim Up

Same amenities as the Preferred Club Pool View with additional direct pool access (PRV).

Preferred Club Premium Suite Garden View

In addition to the above-mentioned amenities, the Preferred Club Premium Suite offers a view of the lush tropical gardens from a private, furnished balcony. The suite is more spacious (approx. 70 m²), features a king-size bed, a spacious living area with a sofa bed, and a generous bathroom with double vanity, a rainfall shower, as well as a separate guest bathroom. These newly renovated rooms are characterized by high-end, modern decor and Preferred Club amenities, and are located in the newly designed Preferred Club area, which is separate from the main building (CPV).

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased accumulation of brown algae is frequently recorded in the Caribbean. This impacts the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may cause a slight noise level.
