Location

Directly on the beautiful, endless, white sandy beach of Bavaro lies the castle-like complex. An All Inclusive Resort for adults, families and singles. The distance to Punta Cana International Airport is 32 km (25 minutes) and 65 km to Higuey, the nearest town.

The complex is set in a spacious, extensive garden and has 798 rooms. There is a beautifully designed reception hall with a reception, 2 lobby bars, a main/buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants, 8 bars, and a pizzeria. There are also 2 large swimming pool areas including a whirlpool and children's pool with slides. Additionally, the hotel has a theater, a discotheque, an international casino, shops, a wellness center, and a beauty salon. 24-hour medical care on standby.

All rooms, approx. 33 m², are equipped with bath/shower/toilet, air conditioning, telephone, ironing board and iron, tea and coffee maker, safe (free of charge), minibar (stocked with water, beer & soft drinks), cable TV with national and international programs, radio alarm clock, balcony or terrace. The rooms have garden or pool view. Sea view can be booked for a fee.

Double room Superior

The rooms correspond to a 4-star hotel category and have bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, tea and coffee maker, safe (free of charge), minibar (stocked with water, beer & soft drinks), cable TV with national and international programs, CD player, balcony or terrace.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All meals in buffet form, à la carte (appropriate dress code requested), visits to specialty restaurants are limited (depending on length of stay). 24-hour alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as snacks 24 hours a day in various locations. Sun loungers and beach towels for pool and beach.

Laundry, spa area and beauty salon (9 am-7 pm), casino, internet cafe, party service (for parties and private banquets), room service, wireless internet in all hotel areas and rooms.

Sports Included

Subject to availability: mini football field, climbing wall, circus trapeze, beach and pool volleyball, water polo, kayaks, catamaran, water basketball, bocce ball, fitness room (weights and cardio equipment). Aerobics, whirlpool, table tennis and other indoor sports, 2 floodlit tennis courts. Introductory lessons in diving (in the pool) and windsurfing with instruction and equipment included. (additional lessons for a fee).

Children's Program

The mini club (4-12 years) is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm. A separate children's pool is available. The mini disco takes place every evening between 8 pm and 9 pm. Babysitters are available on request and for an additional fee. Cots are free (on request & subject to availability). The games room (table games, billiards and much more) is open from 10 am to 11 pm. Children's pool with slides!

Note

Animals are not allowed! Wearing a bracelet is necessary to use the All Inclusive services. Smoking is NOT permitted in the à la carte restaurants, the main restaurant, the discotheque, the nightclub, and the game rooms! Smoking is permitted in the covered piano bar, which is open on the sides, and in the grill restaurant. Short pants, bikini tops, sleeveless t-shirts, or beach sandals are not allowed in the restaurants for dinner. With low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on restaurant opening hours in exceptional cases (main restaurant excluded). Electricity 110 V/60 Hz.

Seasonal Note

During stays between April and December, increased amounts of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
