The complex has 355 rooms with an imposing, open lobby and other public facilities such as the Caribbean shopping street and beauty salon. From the lobby, a paved path leads through a lush, natural mangrove forest to your holiday club. It features a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants, coffee shop, 9 bars, ice cream parlor, 3 freshwater swimming pools with integrated children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers & parasols, as well as a snack bar located between the pool and the beach. In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean. The beach and the sea may be affected. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
