The resort features 1125 suites divided into 3-story bungalows, each with 12 living units. The main building houses the reception, several boutiques, and a supermarket. Additionally, the hotel offers 2 buffet restaurants, 8 à la carte restaurants (including Italian, Seafood, Teppanyaki, Mexican), a steakhouse, a pizzeria, a coffee shop, 1 snack bar, and 5 bars serving national and international beverages, plus 1 food truck. The well-maintained outdoor area includes 2 beautiful pool landscapes (Relax and Action pools) with an integrated children's pool, sun terraces, and the hotel's own mini-zoo. Further amenities include a souvenir shop, a fitness and health center with a whirlpool and sauna. The hotel has a separate family area.

Bungalow 1 Bedroom

The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished and feature 1 king-size or 2 double beds, a bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar (daily replenished with water, soft drinks & beer), coffee maker, safe, iron, ironing board, and a balcony or terrace (B12/B11/BK2/BK4).

Family Junior Suite

With the same amenities, these rooms also feature bathrobes and slippers for children and adults, as well as a children's bathroom set, iron/ironing board, beach bag with family logo, ice in the Family Club Area, and an exclusive Family Club Restaurant. Balcony or terrace (FJ2/FK7/FK8/FK9/FKB). Also bookable as Family Club JS Swim Out for an extra charge (FE2, Summer 23).

Platinum Suite

In addition to the amenities of the Bungalow 1 Bedroom, these suites offer a bathtub, 24-hour room service, beach towels in the room, a private reception, exclusive beach club and pool, and a 10% discount on spa treatments (PL2).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For a 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults occupancy, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

When staying between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be observed due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often a higher presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, working to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
