The complex has 1125 suites divided into 3-story bungalows with 12 residential units each. The main building houses the reception, several boutiques, and a supermarket. In addition, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants, 8 à la carte restaurants (including Italian, seafood, teppanyaki, Mexican), a steakhouse, pizzeria, coffee shop, 1 snack bar, 5 bars serving national and international drinks, and 1 food truck. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find 2 beautiful pool landscapes (relaxation and action pool) with an integrated children's pool, sun terraces, and the hotel's own mini-zoo. Furthermore, the complex includes a souvenir shop and a fitness and health center with a whirlpool and sauna. The hotel has a separate family area.

With the same features, these include 1 king-size bed and 1 bunk bed, bathrobes and slippers for children and adults, as well as a children's bathroom set, iron/ironing board, beach bag with family logo, ice cream in the Family Club Area, and an exclusive Family Club restaurant. With the same features as the 1-bedroom bungalow, these additionally offer a bathtub, 24-hour room service, beach towels in the room, private reception, exclusive beach club and pool, and a 10% discount on spa treatments (PL2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; this means occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate equipment, which creates a slight noise level.
