Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside the cabin door. On 16–20 m² of interior space and a generous outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with a hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with a shower turn this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

More space for genuine holiday moments: The Veranda Cabin Comfort offers around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

The choice is made between Veranda Comfort, Balcony, Ocean View, or Inside Cabin. The exact cabin and deck assignment is handled by AIDA Cruises. This may also include accessible cabins, cabins with twin beds, restricted views, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; subsequent rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking children under 2 years
The booking can only be made upon request. Initially, an option without an infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding inquiry with all required data is sent via email. If no option is available, a booking request via email is recommended.

Important note:
Persons with residency in areas sanctioned by OFAC are excluded from participating in cruises. Citizens of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine can only be transported with proof of permanent residency outside the mentioned regions.

Location

The hotel in the Juan Dolio district is located directly on the gently sloping fine sandy beach with offshore coral reefs. Shops and bars are nearby. Santo Domingo airport is approximately 30 minutes away and Punta Cana airport is approximately 2.5 hours from Juan Dolio. You can reach the "Guavaberry" Golf and Country Club after about 5 km.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is frequently recorded in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administration. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise level.
