Veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside the cabin door. On 16–20 m² of interior space and a spacious outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with a hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with a shower transform this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

Location

The adults-only hotel Secrets La Romana is located directly on the beach, on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic. The fishing village of Bayahibe can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by foot. Punta Cana Airport is approx. 40 minutes away by car.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. Here, the beach and the sea are affected. The hotel management and the local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight background noise.
