Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside the cabin door. On 16–20 m² of interior space and a generous outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with shower transform this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

More space for true holiday moments: The Veranda Comfort cabins offer around 20 m² of living space and a generous veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea the perfect moment of enjoyment.

Booking of children under 2 years
The booking can only be made on request. Initially, an option without infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Grand Palladium Select Bavaro

Location

Excellent location directly by the sea, on the famous Playa Bávaro beach in an exceptionally exotic environment. The resort was built together with the neighboring hotels Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino and Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa on a 320,000 m² large plot of land in the middle of coconut palm plantations and lush tropical vegetation. The hotel is located only approx. 23 km from Punta Cana airport and offers its guests an extensive beach. Close to the shore lies a coral reef, where friends of diving sports and marine fauna will find their favorite pastime.

Over 506 modern and stylishly furnished rooms guarantee a relaxing holiday on the most beautiful beach section of the Dominican Republic. Over 14 restaurants (among others 5 international restaurants with a large selection of exquisite dishes of international cuisine ("La Catedral" and "Arrecife" with show-cooking), buffet, 9 à la carte restaurants (Italian trattoria, Tex-Mex, Asian, Spanish, Japanese, Indian, Argentine, and steakhouse, 4 of which are exclusively for this hotel)) and 4 bars are available. The junior suites are spacious, feature 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, flat-screen TV, safe, minibar (daily replenishment with water, beer, and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, ironing board and iron, and additionally offer a small living area with sofa bed and a hydromassage bathtub in the bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace (JGB/JGS).

Junior suite Superior Garden

These suites offer the same amenities and location as the junior suites, but are more spacious (approx. 53 m²) and have a larger bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub for two people and a separate shower cabin and 2 washbasins (2JG).

Junior suite Premium Garden View

Are equipped like the junior suites, additionally have a small combined living area with sofa bed and hydromassage bathtub in the room (2PJ). These rooms are not renovated.

Rooftop Jacuzzi Terrace Junior suite

This Rooftop Terrace Junior Suite (approx. 53m²) features a king-size bed or 2 single beds, a large living area with sofa bed, balcony with whirlpool for 2 people, Balinese lounger, hydromassage bathtub in the room, shower, TV, safe, telephone, minibar (RJT). This room type is not renovated.

Rooftop Jacuzzi Terrace Suite

With similar equipment as the Rooftop Jacuzzi Terrace Junior Suite, these are more spacious (approx. 70 m²). The centerpiece is the exclusive roof terrace with a private Jacuzzi, where guests can relax in absolute peace and let the day end under the open sky. Inside, a king-size bed with memory foam mattress, a separate sofa bed, and an elegant living area await them. The bathroom impresses with a whirlpool bathtub, double washbasin, high-quality amenities, and plenty of daylight. Superior JS Private Pool

With similar equipment as the Junior Superior Garden, these junior suites are more spacious (approx. 72 m²) and offer a private pool on the furnished terrace. Comfortable facilities include a king-size bed with memory foam mattress, a separate sofa bed, as well as a stylishly designed living area. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, whirlpool bathtub, double washbasin, and separate WC. Bathrobes, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, steam iron, minibar, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities ensure additional comfort (PPJ).
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased danger potential for small children. Therefore, at schauinsland-reisen, for bookings of these room types, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children for safety reasons.

Romance Suite Garden View

These exclusive suites (approx. 72 m²) captivate with their warm atmosphere, a memory foam mattress for maximum sleeping comfort, as well as luxurious equipment with a whirlpool bathtub and rain shower under the open sky. On the furnished terrace under a palm roof, there is a private outdoor area with hammock, marble shower, and lounge seating area. Ideal for switching off with a view of tropical greenery. Bathrobes, steam iron, Wi-Fi, Nespresso set, and a modern entertainment system round off the exclusive living experience (RSG).
Also bookable with its own private pool and Balinese lounger (RSP).

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded then. In this case, the beach and the sea are impaired. The hotel management and local authorities are of course striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. For this, however, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary, which generates a slight background noise.
