Veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside your cabin door. This may also include barrier-free cabins, cabins with separate beds, limited view, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; later rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking for children under 2 years
Booking can only be made on request. First, an option without an infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding request with all required data is sent via e-mail. If no option is available, a booking order via e-mail is recommended.

Important note:
Persons residing in areas sanctioned by OFAC are excluded from participating in cruises. Citizens of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine can only be transported with proof of permanent residence outside the mentioned regions.

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of Bayahibe and is about 45 minutes from Punta Cana airport.

The hotel, furnished in a Caribbean style, has 854 rooms spread over 2 floors. Let yourself be pampered and enjoy exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests), or the six à-la-carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, international, Brazilian, and pizza dishes as well as seafood for a fee). Relax in the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the over 9 bars (including beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). Furthermore, there is a grill, a café, and a food truck. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased emergence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded then. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight background noise.
