The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of Bayahibe and is approx. 45 minutes away from Punta Cana Airport.

The Caribbean-style hotel features 854 rooms spread over 2 floors. Let yourself be pampered and enjoy the exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests) or the six à-la-carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, international, Brazilian, and pizza dishes as well as seafood for a fee). Relax at the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the 9+ bars (including a beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). Furthermore, there is a grill, a café, and a food truck. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased incidence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. As a result, the beach and the sea may be impaired. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which creates a slight background noise.
