The resort is located in the Playa Bávaro region and borders directly on the boulevard of the Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Arrival is convenient via Punta Cana International Airport, which is only about 18 km away. La Romana airport is about 50 km away. A bus stop is only 1 km away.

Opened in 2026, this adults-only hotel is situated in an approximately 110,000 m² tropical garden landscape in Punta Cana, about 700 m from the beach. The 239 rooms are located in a five-story main building and are accessible by elevators. For relaxation, there is a large pool landscape with a lagoon pool, several "cenote" pools, an adults-only pool with a bar, as well as the "Splash Island" water park with a wave pool and slides. Sun loungers and bath towels are included at the pool and beach. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant and numerous à la carte restaurants with Brazilian, Nikkei, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Thai cuisine. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded. During this time, the beach and the sea are affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes slight noise.
