The resort is located in the Playa Bávaro region and borders directly on the boulevard of the Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Arrival is convenient via Punta Cana International Airport, which is only about 18 km away. The La Romana airport is about 50 km away. A bus stop is just 1 km away.

Opened in 2026, the adults-only hotel is located in a tropical garden of approximately 110,000 m² in Punta Cana, about 700 m from the beach. The 239 rooms are located in a five-story main building and are accessible by elevators. For relaxation, there is a large pool landscape with a lagoon pool, several "cenote" pools, an adults-only pool with a bar, and the "Splash Island" water park with a wave pool and slides. Sun loungers and beach towels are included at the pool and beach. For dining, there is a buffet restaurant and numerous à la carte restaurants with Brazilian, Nikkei, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Thai cuisine. The "Boulevard" also offers 1 additional à la carte restaurant, a snack bar, a sports bar, a coffee shop, the Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee), an English pub, and an ice cream parlor, as well as leisure activities such as a theater, disco, casino, bowling alley, spa, and beauty salon. These elegant junior suites offer a tropical view of the resort's lush garden landscape on a comfortable 55 m². They are equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, adjustable air conditioning, safe, Smart TV, and telephone. A minibar and coffee/tea maker are provided for your comfort. The bathroom pampers with care products, bathtub/shower, and a separate walk-in shower. The facilities are completed by a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a balcony/terrace, with the bathroom also being accessible (2JA).

With the same features, these junior suites offer a pool view of the main areas of the resort (JOZ).

Adults JS Swim Up-King

The exquisite swim-up suites are slightly larger at 57 m² and offer direct pool access from the extended terrace. Other amenities include adjustable air conditioning, Smart TV, telephone, minibar, and coffee/tea maker. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, a separate walk-in shower, and care products. These are complemented by a seating area, iron/ironing board, and an accessible bathroom (2YQ).

Wearing a wristband is necessary to take advantage of the all-inclusive services. In case of low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on the opening of restaurants in exceptional cases. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurants.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, increased occurrence of seagrass and algae can occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This impairs the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight noise level.
