Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside the cabin door. With an interior space of 16–20 m² and a spacious outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with a hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with shower turn this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

More space for true holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer approx. 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variants – from a walk-in wardrobe to separate areas for shower and WC – create a particularly pleasant living feeling. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

The choice is between veranda comfort, balcony, oceanview, or interior cabin. AIDA Cruises handles the exact cabin and deck assignment. This can also involve barrier-free cabins, cabins with separate beds, restricted views, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; subsequent rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking for children under 2 years
Booking can only be made on request. Initially, an option without infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding inquiry with all required data is sent by e-mail. If no option is available, a booking request by e-mail is recommended.

Important note:

The extensive complex is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, directly adjacent to the boulevard of the Lopesan Costa Bavaro. The Bavaro Beach is located about 700 meters away. Punta Cana Airport is about 18 km away and La Romana Airport is about 80 km away.

Built in 2026, the hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful tropical garden and has 552 rooms, which are spread over five floors in one building and are accessible by elevator. For cooling off, there are five pools and a separate children's pool, as well as a water park. The Resort Junior Suite Waterpark View offers the same amenities with a view of the water park. The King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (RJW), and the Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (RSQ).

Resort Junior Suite Swim Up King/Queen

The Resort Junior Suite Swim Up rooms offer the same amenities with a terrace with access to the pool (no private pool). The King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (JSO), and the Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (JSU).
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children when booking these room types at schauinsland-reisen.

The Resort One Bedroom Suite King features the same amenities with a king-size bed, sofa bed, and additionally a living room (RSK).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
