Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a sense of freedom right outside your cabin door. On 16–20 m² of interior space and a generous exterior area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. Your own veranda with a hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with a shower turn this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for relaxing.

More space for real vacation moments: The Veranda Comfort cabins offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern facilities, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variants – from a walk-in wardrobe to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living feeling. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

The extensive resort is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, directly adjacent to the boulevard of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Bavaro Beach is about 700 meters away. Punta Cana airport is about 18 km away and La Romana airport is about 80 km away.

Built in 2026, the hotel is situated amidst a beautiful tropical garden and features 552 rooms, distributed across a five-story building accessible by elevator. For cooling off, there are five pools and a separate children's pool, as well as a water park. Guests' comfort is ensured by the spa area, beauty salon, library/reading area, theater, disco, casino, eight bars, six à la carte restaurants (Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Thai, Peruvian), a buffet restaurant, the boulevard with leisure activities and two restaurants, a sports bar, coffee shop, Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee) & shop, English pub, and an ice cream parlor. Resort Junior Suite Waterpark View King/Queen

The Resort Junior Suite Waterpark View offers the same facilities with a view of the water park. The King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (RJW), and the Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (RSQ).

Resort Junior Suite Swim Up King/Queen

The Resort Junior Suite Swim Up rooms offer the same facilities with a terrace providing access to the pool (no private pool). The King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (JSO), and the Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (JSU).
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

The Resort One Bedroom Suite King features the same amenities with a king-size bed, sofa bed, and additionally a living room (RSK).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
