Booking of infants under 2 years old
Booking is only possible upon request. An option will initially be created without an infant. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 people including the baby. A binding request with all necessary data will then be sent by email. If no option is available, a booking order via email is recommended.

The 4-story hotel consists of a main building and 11 annex buildings (3 without an elevator) and offers a total of 548 rooms. The entire hotel complex conveys a Caribbean flair that invites you to linger and relax. Furthermore, it offers its guests a reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out until 12 PM), a lobby with a bar, and various shops. 6 restaurants (5 of which are à la carte and one serves as a snack bar during the day), a food truck, as well as a pizzeria and crêperie cater to your culinary needs. You can end the evening in a cozy atmosphere in a total of 6 bars. In the garden area, there are 3 swimming pools and 3 whirlpools. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Lean back and enjoy the best time of your year.

Comfort Double Room

These rooms have two beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe (for a fee), and a balcony with pool or garden view (2CD/1CD/2KK). Optionally also with sea view (DM/DEM).

Family Room Duplex

The family rooms are spread over 2 floors. The lower level has a sofa bed, shower, and living area, while the upper level has a king-size bed or two queen-size beds. The rooms also have Wi-Fi (DUF/DK3/DK7/DK8).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but larger and with a double bed, sea view, and located directly on the hotel's exclusive private beach section. It also features a minibar, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Additionally, one hour of hydrotherapy is included. You can also enjoy access to the Premium Beach Club, which includes exclusive service at the VIP bar, premium drinks, snacks, coffee, petit fours, beach service, priority restaurant reservations, and Wi-Fi (JS2/KJ1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.30m x 1.90m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased presence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this time. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause a slight noise level.
