Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a feeling of freedom right outside your cabin door. On 16–20 m² of interior space and a generous outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. The choice is between Veranda Comfort, balcony, ocean view, or inside cabin. The exact cabin and deck allocation is handled by AIDA Cruises. This may also include barrier-free cabins, cabins with twin beds, limited view, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; subsequent rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking for children under 2 years
Booking can only be made upon request. Initially, an option without an infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding request with all required data is sent via email. If no option is available, a booking order via email is recommended.

Important note:
Persons residing in areas sanctioned by OFAC are excluded from participation in cruises. Citizens of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine can only be transported with proof of permanent residence outside the mentioned regions.

The hotel is located directly on the beach of Playa Bavaro. Punta Cana Airport is approx. a 30-minute drive away.

The 4-story hotel consists of a main building and 11 annex buildings (3 without an elevator) and has a total of 548 rooms. The entire hotel complex conveys a Caribbean flair that invites you to linger and relax. Furthermore, it offers its guests a reception (check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM), a lobby with a bar, and various shops. For your physical well-being, there are 6 restaurants (5 of them à-la-carte and one serves as a snack bar during the day), a food truck, as well as a pizzeria and crêperie. You can end the evening in a cozy atmosphere in a total of 6 bars. In the garden area, there are 3 swimming pools and 3 whirlpools. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are included at the pool and beach. Sit back and enjoy the best time of the year.

Comfort double room

These rooms feature two beds, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, rental safe, and a balcony with pool or garden view (2CD/1CD/2KK). Optionally also available with ocean view (DM/DEM).

Duplex family room

The family rooms are spread over 2 floors. In the lower area, there is a sofa bed, shower, living area, and in the upper area, a king-size or two queen-size beds. The rooms also have Wi-Fi (DUF/DK3/DK7/DK8).

Junior suite

With the same facilities as the double rooms but larger and with a double bed, ocean view, and located directly at the hotel's exclusive private beach section. Also features a minibar, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. In addition, one hour of hydrotherapy is included. You can also enjoy access to the Premium Beach Club, which includes exclusive service at the VIP bar, premium drinks, snacks, coffee, petit fours, beach service, preferred restaurant reservations, and Wi-Fi (JS2/KJ1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.30m x 1.90m). With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; meaning: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and current. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this time. As a result, the beach and the sea may be affected. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which emits a slight noise level.
