Location

The luxurious resort, inspired by Spanish colonial style, is located directly on the fine sandy beach in Cap Cana. The marina with its exclusive restaurants and shops can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car. Punta Cana International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car.

The adults-only resort consists of 324 rooms spread across 4 buildings, each with 3 floors. In addition to a welcoming reception, the hotel offers 4 à-la-carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, fish/seafood, steakhouse), a buffet restaurant, and seven bars. The garden area features six pools, including one with seawater, a swim-up bar, and sun loungers and umbrellas that are included at both the pool and the beach. Further facilities include a boutique, a mini-market, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, and a hairdresser.

Junior Suite Ocean View

Located in the main building, these feature 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, a visually separated living/sleeping area, seating area, bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, safe, iron/ironing board, TV, coffee maker, and balcony with ocean view.

Castle Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Ocean View, these are located in the annex buildings and are slightly more spacious. Ocean front is bookable for an additional charge.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of sargassum is often recorded in the Caribbean. This may affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities naturally strive to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may result in a slight noise level.
