The 5-star resort with a total of 520 units features an open-air lobby with a reception. 5 à-la-carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, French, Mexican, Seafood—one for adults, one exclusively for Preferred Club guests for breakfast and lunch, open to all for dinner), a buffet restaurant, a snack grill, a café, and 13 bars (3 of which are exclusive to Preferred Club guests) offer plenty of culinary variety. Furthermore, the hotel features a spacious pool landscape: 5 pools (Infinity, Relax, Kids, Preferred Club Family, and Preferred Club Adults only) and an aquapark with water slides.

Deluxe Double Room

The deluxe rooms (approx. 46m²) are modernly equipped with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (daily replenishment with soft drinks, beer, water, and juices), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a furnished terrace or balcony with garden view (DD2/DD1).

Junior Suite Tropical View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, the Junior Suites are more spacious (approx. 48m²-54m²) (JD2/JD1). Also bookable with pool view for an additional charge (J2P).

Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View

Featuring the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located in the Preferred Club area with extra benefits (approx. 54m²) (JTV). Bookable with pool view (JPV), ocean view (PJO), or direct pool access (PCZ) for an additional charge.
Rooms with direct pool access pose an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Preferred Club

The Preferred Club offers the following amenities: personalized check-in and check-out, bar, restaurant, butler service, and daily complimentary newspaper in the room (English or Spanish). Private Preferred Club pool and bar.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are provided in the room; this means occupancy: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
Additionally, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased appearance of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded during this time. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal authorities. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight level of noise.
