The complex has a total of 520 rooms, a reception, several bars, a buffet restaurant: El Batey, a Tex-Mex restaurant: El Paso, an Italian restaurant and a seafood restaurant (Sea-Scape at Casa Marina Reef). There are also boutiques, a souvenir shop, a beauty salon and a disco in the Casa Marina Reef area. Towards the beach, there are attractively designed garden and pool landscapes with 2 swimming pools (one with a separate children's pool, animation pool, 2 for adults), and a sun terrace. Above the beach, set in lava rock, are 3 whirlpools with a great sea view.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Hotelhinweis

A wristband must be worn to use the All-Inclusive services. In cases of low hotel occupancy, there may be temporary closures of various restaurants/sections.

In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
