The comfortable hotel complex with 494 rooms consists of a main building and nine three-story outbuildings. The resort's general facilities include a lobby with reception, a buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (Mexican and Brazilian) and two other restaurants (for a fee), 4 bars, a theater, a wine shop (for a fee), 4 meeting rooms, various shops, a freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace, and a separate children's pool.

They are much more spacious and feature higher-quality furnishings with classic elegance and modern innovative elements, as well as a bathtub with hydromassage function. Furthermore, the room offers a small seating area for relaxation. Bookable with pool view or adults-only garden view for an additional charge.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). In case of occupancy by 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean. The beach and sea are affected by this. Hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
