This comfortable hotel complex comprises 494 rooms spread across a main building and nine three-story annexes. The resort's general facilities include a lobby with a reception, a buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (Mexican and Brazilian) as well as two additional restaurants (for a fee), 4 bars, a theater, a wine shop (for a fee), 4 function rooms, various shops, a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace, and a separate children's pool.

These rooms are much more spacious and feature higher-quality furnishings with classic elegance and modern innovative elements, as well as a bathtub with a hydromassage function. Additionally, the room offers a small seating area for relaxation. Available for adults only (HG2).

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
